Discovery
Understanding your needs and expectations is a crucial first step in the discovery phase. To get to know you a bit better, we will ask you to fill out a questionnaire so that we can get a better sense of your goals as well as where you are currently with your digital marketing.
Once you have finished with the questionnaire, we’ll arrange a good time to discuss your responses to learn more. From there, we can work together to develop a marketing strategy that will serve as the scope of work going forward.
After you have accepted our proposal, we’ll move forward with having you review and sign the Terms and Conditions. Project fees will depend upon the nature of the work and whether it is a one-time project or a monthly recurring fee.
Planning
Once the scope of work has been established, we can get to work planning your project (like a website redesign) or recurring marketing responsibilities (like creating a consistent content marketing strategy and schedule). Depending upon the size and scope of the proposal, this will require an assessment of your current digital marketing activities.
It is likely that we will need access to accounts like your existing website content management system, your current marketing automation platform, Google Analytics, or social media accounts.
Creation
Whether it’s creating your new website, doing competitive keyword research for SEO, or formulating a full multichannel digital marketing plan, our team goes to work doing its creative magic for you.
Along the way, depending upon the specific project task, we will have regular check in meetings to report progress and provide updates.
Implementation
The website mockups have been signed off on, content has been created and approved, or onsite SEO page titles and meta descriptions have been finalized, we’re good to go for implementation.
In addition to regular updates and check ins from your project manager, the project schedule we provide for you will serve be the go to timeline for the entire project life cycle. Any deviation for the project schedule will be addressed and noted in the schedule.
Evaluation
